You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Product Condition

The returned product should be complete and should not show any signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Please do not use the product intended for return to serve food, wash it, wax it, or treat it with a protective coating. If the product’s value has decreased as a result of use, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. The customer chooses the carrier and arranges the return shipment independently.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the Customer paid for shipping, we will also refund the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option available for that order. Any additional cost for a more expensive shipping method selected by the Customer is non-refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or confirm that it has been returned.

If a product is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us before returning it. Complaints are handled separately from the return policy outlined above.
